Mike Johnson Will Go Down as the Most Pathetic Speaker in American History
He’s shut down the House, surrendered to Trump and turned Congress into a prop for a corrupt presidency.

Mike Johnson threw a tantrum this week — the latest evidence that he knows his party and wannabe dictator in the White House are losing the government shutdown fight.
As hundreds of thousands of federal workers are being screwed and Trump tries to exploit the shutdown to inflict more pain on the country, the Speaker of the House stood in front of reporters and whined: “I don’t like being mad Mike. I want to be happy Mike. I want to be the happy warrior.”
That’s not leadership. It’s the language of a bystander.
Johnson talks like he’s a spectator to the chaos — not one of the most powerful people in government who could reopen the House of Representatives right now and start getting the country back on its feet.
Johnson Happily Gave His Power to Trump
On paper, Mike Johnson may be in charge of the U.S. House of Representatives, but he has transformed the chamber into a spineless extension of this lawless White House.
Instead of doing his job, he shut the House down weeks ago and walked away. These days, Johnson’s main job seems to be simping for Trump on cable news.
Of course, this is all by design: the House is silent because Trump wants it to be silent.
Johnson has turned the people’s branch into an echo chamber for a president who thrives on chaos and cruelty. The longer the House stays shut, the more Trump wins — and the more Johnson proves he was never in charge to begin with.
Meanwhile, the tyrant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue keeps setting fire to the Constitution — with no hearings, no oversight and no accountability.
Johnson could bring everybody back tomorrow. He could put a bill on the floor to pay the country’s workers, restore MAGA’s massive cuts to health care and reopen the government.
He just won’t — because he knows his role as Speaker of the House has become nothing more than a symbolic title.
He’s Protecting Pedophiles
Of course, the rot goes even deeper than the current government shutdown fight.
Johnson is also refusing to swear in Arizona’s newly elected Democrat, Adelita Grijalva, even though her win has been certified and her district is waiting for representation.
The reason? Grijalva has pledged to sign a discharge petition that would give Democrats the 218th signature needed to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files — documents Trump and his sleazy allies would love to keep buried.
Johnson claims the delay has nothing to do with helping Trump continue to cover up the Epstein files, but even he has to know we can see right through the stunt.
By blocking Grijalva, Johnson is protecting Trump’s interests yet again. He’s not just shutting down government — he’s burying the truth.
Faith as a Shield for Cowardice
The real cherry on top of this MAGA sundae is how Mike Johnson presents himself as a man of deep faith. But his politics — and the politics that fuel the MAGA movement — have nothing to do with compassion or moral courage.
He’s one of the leading figures in a movement built on bigotry, corruption and control.
Johnson can quote scripture on cable news until he’s blue in the face, but it loses all meaning when he uses his day job to rip away health care for millions of Americans and do the dirty work of a convicted felon president — a serial liar who’s spent a lifetime committing fraud and sexual abuse, and is now using the the presidency enrich himself, target critics and bury uncomfortable truths.
Johnson isn’t a man guided by faith. He’s a spineless sycophant using religion as cover for his cowardice.
The Most Pathetic Speaker in American History
Every Speaker of the House has faced pressure. It’s a powerful but difficult job in a country of hundreds of millions of people. Just ask Nancy Pelosi, who used her time leading the House to pass historic, meaningful legislation with razor-thin majorities.
Instead of following that blueprint, Mike Johnson decided it was easier to roll over and give up his power to a 79-year-old cult leader in rust-colored face paint.
Johnson doesn’t defend the Constitution. He doesn’t lead his caucus. He doesn’t even seem to understand the job beyond carrying water for Trump.
He’s the first Speaker in history to close his own chamber to protect one man from accountability.
When history looks back, it won’t see a conservative warrior or a man of faith. It’ll see the weakest, most pathetic Speaker the House has ever had — a coward who turned Congress into Trump’s personal cover-up operation and called it governing.
Mike Johnson may not like being “mad Mike.” But this country should be mad as hell. Because while he hides behind those glasses and that fake smile, democracy is bleeding out — and he’s standing there watching it happen.

All true. He should be kicked out in his ass, just like the rest of trumps regime.
The State of Arizona has threatened a lawsuit within two days of a letter written by their Sec State if Rep Grijalva is not immediately sworn in. Today is two days.
Do it, Secretary Mayes.
